Hi, I’m Teena, a health and wellness coach who helps parents and caregivers move out of survival mode and back into control of their time, energy, and mindset.

With military roots and a heart for helping others, I know firsthand how easy it is to pour into everyone else while putting yourself last.

After years of juggling service, family, and personal goals, I’ve learned that balance isn’t about doing more; it’s about doing what matters most, consistently. That’s why I created my Healthy Habit Coaching approach: to help parents like me trade burnout for balance and turn everyday chaos into calm through small, sustainable routines that fit real life.

I currently serve in the Air National Guard and am a peer support specialist with Women Veteran Strong, communities that remind me daily how powerful connection and consistency can be.

When I’m not coaching or on base, you’ll find me skating, doing puzzles, or baking healthy desserts with my family, because joy is a habit too. 🌻
